SECTION 00 11 16 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CLINTON CITY CORPORATION & SUNSET CITY CORPORATION 1300 NORTH - MAIN STREET TO 1285 WEST Separate sealed Bids for the construction of the 1300 NORTH - MAIN STREET TO 1285 WEST PROJECT will be received by Clinton City Corporation, at their office located at 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah, 84015, until 11:00 a.m. (local time), Tuesday, May 10, 2022, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of the reconstruction of the 1300 North roadway between Main Street and 1285 West. Construction includes work on storm drain systems, culinary water systems, and roadway lighting systems. The project includes roadway within Sunset City and Clinton City boundaries. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: QuestCDN. Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS will be available Tuesday April 26, 2022 and may be obtained on www.questcdn.com, eBidDoc #8171736. A pre-bid conference will be held at 11:00 am local time on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at the Clinton City Hall 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
