- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR LAND USE CODE AMENDMENT Dear Providence City Residence, Please take notice that the Providence City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing regarding a request to amend Providence City Code 10-8-3 Retaining Walls. It is the applicants request that the code be amended to allow for sloped lots to be more usable.
