NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF REAL PROPERTY INTO
BONA VISTA WATER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
A petition has been filed by Pat Burns, owner of all the private real property, serial number 19-008-0015 in Weber County, Utah to annex that area into the Bona Vista Water District. The service provided by that District is culinary water which was requested by Weber County.

The petition for annexation is scheduled to be considered by the District's Board of Trustees at its regular meeting to be held May 23, 2022 at 2:00 pm at the District office at 2020 West 1300 North, Farr West, Utah. Please note the resolution may be delayed for not to exceed 60 days following the public hearing.
The area to be annexed is shown on the attached plat and is described as follows:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 7 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, U.S. Survey, Beginning at a point 2642.34 feet South 0°53'39' West along the Section line, (Basis of bearing is South 89°49'37' East measured between the Northeast Corner of Section 20 and the North Quarter Corner of Section 21 of said Township and Range) and running thence; South 0°53'39' West 2642.34 feet along the Section line to the Southeast Corner of said Section 20; thence North 88°44'02' West along a 4 foot barb wire fence with the post and cedar post 2654.30 feet to 8' by 8' wood fence post; thence North 0°56'05' East continuing along a 4' barb wire fence with new and old cedar post 2607.96 feet to a 2' Iron Rod; thence South 89°28'35' East 2652.45 feet to the point of beginning.
