- April 26, 2022 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Tuesday April 26, 2022, at 5:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Popeye's Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1575 West State Street (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of John McGhee for a site plan for the construction of a Popeye's restaurant, on property zoned The Grove - Commercial Sales (GRV-CS), located south of State Street and east of 1650 West. 2. 170 S Main Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 170 South Main Street (Old Fort Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Doug Peterson for a site plan for a change of exterior paint for a commercial building, on property zoned Downtown Village - Commercial (DV-C), located west of Main Street and north of 200 South.
