Public Notice The Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall and via the Zoom platform. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 Passcode: 777869 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a setback variance application at 1413 River Lane. Applicant is Cliff Goldthorpe. Applicant desires 25' minimum setback from private road, River Lane, for accessory building. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
