Henefer Master General Plan discussion. 3. Discussion of other business, at the discretion of the Chairman, as may be properly brought before the commission. 4. Minutes 5. Adjourn Please Note: Public Comments are invited for the public portions of these meetings. Those attending who wish to speak must first identify themselves and limit their comments to five minutes. Those who wish to submit written comments must deliver said comments to the Planning Commission Secretary no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the commission meeting. Written comments will become part of the written record. Public hearings will be conducted according to Robert's Rules of Order.
