- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Syracuse Board of Adjustments will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 2, 2022 beginning at 6 PM at City Hall, located 1979 W 1900 S and accessible via Zoom to discuss the following matters: Variance Request from the maximum block length limit in Syracuse City Code section 8.15.010 at 2400 West Parkview Drive in the R-3 Zone. Connect digitally via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/89976761169 or by phone at 253-215-8782, Meeting ID: 899 7676 1169. Written comments that a member of the public would like to be read during the meeting will be accepted electronically at planningdepartment@syracuseut.com or physically (and by mail) at 1979 W 1900 S, Syracuse, UT 84075. Comments must be received at least five hours before the meeting. Comments received by the deadline will be read for a maximum of three minutes each; any unread remainder more than three minutes will be included in the public record. All related documents are available for public review at the Community Development Department and are posted at least twenty-four hours before the meeting at https://www.syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter/ in the Board of Adjustment category. All interested parties are welcome to attend and provide comments.
