Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE (Lot Split) PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning a subdivision application (lot split) to be known as Triple J Subdivision. The proposal is to divide the property into two parcels, said property being parcel no. 4-293-3 and located west of Home Depot. The north parcel will be zoned CG (General Commercial) and the south parcel will be zoned RM-24 (Multi-family residential).
