- April 22, 2022 Attention: Public Hearing Notice Contact Person: Cache Hancey, Planning Technician 707 E Mill Road Unit 202 Vineyard, UT 84059 (801) 226-1929 NOTICE is hereby given regarding public hearings before the Planning Commission and City Council for a Vineyard City initiated zoning map amendment application for the site known as Geneva Nitrogen located at 1165 North Geneva Road, Vineyard, Utah 84059, Serial No. 17:022:0006. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for May 18, 2022 and City Council hearing is scheduled for May 25, 2022, both at 6 PM and will be held at 125 S. Main Street, Vineyard, Utah 84059. Vineyard City intends to rezone the subject property from I-1 Industrial to RC, Regional Commercial. The property is 27.36 acres in size. Public comments, questions, and requests for copies of application materials are encouraged to be emailed to Cache Hancey at cacheh@vineyardutah.org prior to the meeting. /s/ Cache Hancey, Planning Technician
