Description/Agenda: Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Tree Committee will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting in the Upstairs Conference Room at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. The meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. 1. Read and approve minutes from June 3, 2021. 2. Discuss final plans for the booth during Health Days 3. Discussion regarding the Arbor Day Poster contest involving the three local elementary schools. 4. Discussion on the Arbor Day tree planting scheduled for Saturday, May 14th 5. Discussion on planting of a memorial tree on the Heritage Trail. 6. Board Member Reports
