- AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MAY 4, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on May 4, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Review and action on the final plat for Rockwell Ranch Block 8, located in the area 980 West 340 South, in the TOD zone. 2. Hearing, review, and action on a site plan for Station 52, located at 960 East 1750 North, in the Public Facilities (PF) Zone. 3. Other Business 4. Review and action on the minutes of the April 20, 2022 Planning Commission Regular Session 5. Adjournment John H.
