NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN
IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN
In accordance with the Utah Impact Fees Act, Utah Code 11-36-101, et seq., notice is hereby provided that the Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District will be preparing an amended Impact Fee Facilities Plan for Wastewater Impact Fees to provide for the expansion and upgrade to the District's collection and treatment facilities. A map of the geographic area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is attached to this notice.
