- MIDVALE CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2023 FISCAL YEAR MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY TENTATIVE BUDGET The Midvale City Municipal Building Authority hereby gives notice that they will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT to Receive Public Comments and Consider Adoption of the Midvale City Municipal Building Authority Fiscal Year 2023 Tentative Budget beginning July 1, 2022 and ending June 30, 2023. - In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Midvale City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting. Request assistance by contacting the City Recorder at 801-567-7207, providing at least three (3) working days advance notice of the meeting.

- Board Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Board Member does participate via telephonic communication, the Board Member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Board Members and all other persons present in the Council Chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
