Notice of a Public Hearing The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, May 4, and Tuesday, May 17, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Map amendment: - EL DORADO. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to Light Industrial for property located at approximately 455 West 1000 North. - GARTH SWENSON. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to Light Industrial for property at 550 West 800 North. - HOLLOW ACRES. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to R-1-12 for property in the vicinity of 130 North Spanish Fork Parkway. - SPANISH HIGHLANDS EAST. The proposal involves changing the current zone from Rural Residential to R-1-12 for property in the vicinity of 100 South Spanish Fork Parkway. Title 15 Amendment: - TITLE 15 AMENDMENT. The proposal is to amend the text of the Light Industrial zone to allow for Child Care Centers as a Permitted Use. General Plan Amendment: - TRANSPORTATION MASTER PLAN. The proposal is for changes to the Transportation Master Plan, an element of the City's General Plan, regarding trail alignments. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
