- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold a Work Session on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: a. Review of Planning Commission Duties and Assignments of Members. b. Review and Discussion of Building Permits Regulations, Performance Bonds and Contractor Checklists. c. Review and Discussion of current Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance and Master Plans.
