NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on Wednesday, April 20th at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, Gunnison, UT 84634. The scheduled meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. 1) 5:30 P.M. Work meeting 2) 7 P.M. Invocation 3) Oath of office; Valerie Andersen, City Recorder and Mandi Buege, City Treasurer 4) Gunnison Valley Hospital business- Casey Dyreng, Hospital board 5) Discussion with proposed approval of ordinance 2022-04 to change the amount of time an animal is impounded for 3 days to 5 days to match the State code 76-9-305- Mayor Lori Nay 6) Discussion with proposed approval of a fee schedule for major and minor subdivisions, map amendment, P1, P2, and Conditional use. - Mayor Lori Nay 7) Discussion with proposed approval for remodel on Gunnison Valley Hospital Stewart Building- Mike Wanner 8) Discussion with proposed approval for remodel on Gunnison Valley Hospital Nay Building- Mike Wanner 9) Discussion with proposed approval to move the Gunnison Valley Hospital emergency sign to Gunnison City property- Mike Wanner 10) Discussion of potential service projects for youth groups and G-day- Mayor Lori Nay and Mike Wanner 11) Discussion on current impact fees and the possibility of adding a storm drainage impact fee- Mayor Lori Nay 12) Discussion on water funding and updating our water sources development- Mayor Lori Nay 13) Approval of bills 14) Public comment 15) Other business 16) Adjourn 17) Closed session *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours' notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-205(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
