Martain Don Despain Barbara Cameron NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BIG COTTONWOOD CANYON IMPROVEMENT DISTICT PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Big Cottonwood Canyon Improvement District will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, April 21st, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m., in the District Office (virtual via zoom) at 8021 Brighton Loop Road, (Above the Brighton Store), Brighton, Utah. The proposed agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees held Jan 27th, 2022. 2. Review Q1 2022 Financial Statements. 3. Review: Requests for Proposals (RFPs) Submittals, select new Auditor. 4. Report: RWAU Conference. 5. Spring Lift Station status. 6. Travelers Claim status. 7. Q1 Flow, Treatment costs, Solitude Pond Skim. 7. Correspondence Review. Status: USFS Letter. 8. Other Business. 9. Adjourn Dated this 13th day of April, 2022 Brian J. Martain General Manager
