DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Council Chamber, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Zone Change
A. EL DORADO. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to I-1 for property located at approximately 455 West 1000 North.
2. Zone Change and Preliminary Plat
A. SPANISH HIGHLANDS EAST. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-1-12 in order to allow for Preliminary Plat approval for a Master Planned Development with 110 residential lots to be located at approximately 100 South Spanish Fork Parkway.
B. HOLLOW ACRES. The proposal involves changing the current zone from R-R to R-1-12 in order to allow for Preliminary Plat approval for a Master Planned Development with eleven residential lots to be located at approximately 130 North Spanish Fork Parkway.
3. Preliminary Plat
A. GOLDEN SAGE ESTATES. The proposal involves Preliminary Plat approval for a Master Planned Development with two residential lots to be located at approximately 1100 South Mill Road.
4. Title 15 Amendments
A. CHILD CARE CENTERS. Proposed amendment to add Child Care Centers as a permitted use in the I-1 Light Industrial zone.
