- The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from Richfield City to construct an Industrial Park in Richfield, Sevier, Utah. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended, EDA is conducting an environmental assessment (EA) of the proposed project. The project will be located on the south end of Richfield City, between Hwy 118 and 325 West and 2630 South and 2830 South. Project information is available for review at 250 N Main Street, Richfield, UT 84701. If you have any information regarding potential environmental impacts associated with this proposed project, please provide it in writing to Regional Environmental Officer, Jenny Benz at jbenz@eda.gov. Comments received in the EDA Regional Office by 5:00 pm Mountain on May 19, 2022, will be considered. A copy of the NEPA decisional document will be available upon request at the above EDA Regional Office.
