Nibley City Council Public Hearing Notice
The Nibley City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comment on the following Ordinances and Resolution:
Ordinance 22-08: Rezone of a Portion of Parcel 03-019-0003 from Industrial (I) to Commercial (C)
Ordinance 22-07: Rezone of Parcel 03-041-003 and a Portion of Parcel 03-041-001 from R-1 to R-1A
Ordinance 22-09: Allowing 'Pet Services' as Allowed Use in Commercial (C) and other Zones
Ordinance 22-10: Amending NCC 19.32 Residential Planned Unit Development Standards Regarding Minimum Project Acreage
Resolution 22-12: Amending the Nibley City Engineering Design Standards and Specifications Relating to Public Infrastructure
When: April 28, 2022, at 6:30 p.m.
Where: Nibley City Hall, 455 W 3200 S Nibley Utah
A full report will be posted on the City's website by April 26, 2022, as part of the City Council's agenda and packet report. Any updates to the plan will be posted on the City's website.
