- The planning commission will hold 3 public hearings. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment on the following issues: 1. Proposed Text Change: Add 'places of worship and primary schools (public, private, homeschool pods)' wherever 'public and quasi-public uses' or 'public and quasi-public institutions' exists in permitted or conditional uses in West Bountiful Municipal Code. Alternatively, 'quasi-public uses' should be defined as 'A use operated by a private non-profit, educational, religious, recreational, charitable or philanthropic institution; generally, such uses have the purpose of primarily service the public, such as churches, private schools and universities and similar uses.' Paul Tanner. 2. Proposed changes to WBMC 12.28, Landscape Regulations: Replaces existing regulations with updated water efficient standards. 3. Proposed changes to WBMC 17.14 and 17.16., Yard Regulations for Non-commercial structures in Agricultural Districts.
