PUBLIC COMMENT The public is invited to make comments or bring issues before the board for discussion. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Discussion of General Plan Elements, their relationship within the General Plan, and connection to other plans and ordinances. 2. Discussion of the scope of the General Plan Update.
