NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE MORGAN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) and to the general public that the Morgan Council of Governments will hold a meeting in open public session on Monday, April 18, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., at the City Council Room, Morgan City Office Building, 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. MINUTES Approval - Minutes of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG) - March 21, 2022 ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION/APPROVAL 1. New Growth Updates - YTD Building Permits & Occupancy - City / County 2. Approval of the Morgan County Local Transportation Corridor Preservation Fund Application - Commercial Street Realignment Project; Purchase of Property Located at 88 South Commercial Street - Morgan City 3. Inter-Local Agency Agreement to Establish the Morgan County Rural Planning Organization - Jared Anderson 4. Reports from COG Members Assigned to Attend WFRC Meetings - Mike Newton/Blaine Fackrell - Wasatch Regional Council (WFRC) - Meeting Held on March 24, 2022 - Blaine Fackrell/Robert McConnell - Active Transportation Committee - Meeting Held on April 13th 5. Other Business 6. Adjourn Next Meeting: May 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. - City Office In the event of an absence of a full quorum, agenda items will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Notice is hereby given that by motion of the Morgan Council of Governments (COG), pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the Council may vote to hold a closed session for any of the purposes identified in that Chapter. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Denise Woods, COG Secretary, at (801) 829-3461 Ext. 3, at least 24 hours before the meeting.
