1. Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Local Building Authority of Moab Valley Fire Protection District, Grand County, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2022 to finance the cost of acquiring a pumper/tanker fire truck and related public safety equipment; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the acquisition of the public safety equipment to be funded by the Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated.
