- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing The Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on April 26, 2022, in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT at 6:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as business allows. The Planning Commission will receive public comments on the following projects: - Eagle Plaza: A site plan for a commercial pad building on lot 2 of the Eagle Mountain Business Campus Place C, approximately 1.21 acres, Parcel 36:685:0002; and - Mountain America Credit Union: A site plan and preliminary plat located in the Marketplace at Eagle Mountain Town Center, approximately 1 acre, Parcel 59:044:0050. Materials for the public hearing item may be viewed within three days of the meeting on the city website and at the Eagle Mountain City Recorder's Office, 1650 E Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, UT, during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. If you need a special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please call the City Recorder's Office at 801.789.6610.
