PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE INDEPENDENCE DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENTS Public notice is hereby given that the Independence Planning Commission in accordance with Section 16.02.05 of the Independence Development Code will conduct a public hearing with possible action and review potential amendments to Chapter 16 of the Independence Development Code. The purpose of the amendments is to establish regulations for Solar Panels and Solar Arrays. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 7 p.m in the Music Room at the Wasatch County Senior Center, 465 E 1200 S Heber City, UT 84032.
