- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on April 12, 2022, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 22-15: 'AN ORDINANCE ENACTING SECTION 7-2-127 AND AMENDING SECTIONS 7-6-203, 7-6-303, 7-10-103, 7-11-205, AND 7-16-103 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING ARTIFICIAL LANDSCAPING.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
