PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to amend and extend Lot 1, Wal-Mart Subdivision Plat 'B' located at 1120 S. Commerce Way AND vacate the following public utility easement associated with said lot: The south 10 ft wide public utility easement running along the south property line on Lot 1, Wal-Mart Subdivision Plat 'B'. Walmart owns the subject lot and would like to redevelop the site from the current fuel station (USA Gasoline) to a Walmart Fuel Station and incorporate a convenient store. The redevelopment plans require the plat amendment to extend Lot 1 to the south along the private frontage road. Walmart would like to relocate the existing utilities within the said easement further south in a new easement. The public hearing will be held Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Brigham City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Street, Brigham City, Utah. Information regarding this matter is available for review during business hours at the Brigham City Community and Economic Development Office (435) 734-6604.
