Electronic Mtg, no anchor location: In view of the current Covid19 pandemic, this PSUAC Commission Meeting will occur electronically, without a physical location, as authorized by the Governor's Executive Order dated 18 March 2020 and related legislation enacted by the Utah Legislature since that date. Emergency meetings Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary for the Commission to hold this emergency meeting to consider matters of an urgent nature without giving at least 24 hours notice. Specifically, due to complications related to COVID-19, the Commission needs to decide whether to cancel [the event]. If we decide to continue with the event, we need to determine what actions are necessary to ensure the event complies with the statute, rules, and other necessary standards of safety.
