- PUBLIC NOTICE 04/12/22 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) The City of St. George is requesting qualifications for Utah-licensed attorneys in good standing to provide Public Defender contract services. All RFQ packets must be plainly marked with RFQ# 22-018 on the outside of a sealed envelope. RFQ packets must be sent to or hand-delivered to the address below: City of St. George Attn: Mary Wahl, RFQ # 22-018 175 E. 200 North St. George, UT 84770 RFQ packets will be accepted until May 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. MST. Under no circumstances will any RFQ packets be accepted after this date. If you are selected for an interview you will be contacted by a City representative to schedule your interview.
