- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH April 13, 2022; 3:30 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 13th day of April 2022, which meeting shall begin promptly at 3:30 P.M. The agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 3-09-22 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Update from Jeff Jensen on UDOT Park Cemetery easement to 89 B. Grant Application to Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area for Pioneer Cemetery Memorial names and Grant Application to Ephraim City RAP tax for Pioneer Cemetery for Memorial Names C. Program Draft for Memorial Day Program, 2022 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. OLD BUSINESS A. List of Veteran's buried since May, 2021 to present B.
