Description/Agenda: The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed amendments to the Land Management Code, Chapter 6, Zone District Map to change the zone from R-1 to Light Industrial for the property located at 164 Gurr Well Road. The public hearing is scheduled to begin at 1:00 pm or shortly thereafter and comments are limited to three (3) minutes, written comments are to be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than April 18, 2022 by 4:30 pm. at nleigh@bhtown.utah.gov. Details of the proposed amendments are available at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting.
