BRIGHAM CITY ORDINANCES NO. 22-06 AND 22-07 Notice is hereby given that on April 7, 2022, the Brigham City Council approved Ordinances 22-06 and 22-07. Ordinance 22-06 vacates certain utility easements on properties to be included in the Brigham Vista Subdivision Phase 1 at 1147 S. Michelle Drive and 1157 S. Michelle Drive. Ordinance 22-07 amends Brigham City Code Chapter 2.11, Board of Appeals, to clarify appeal procedures regarding a decision from the Chief Building Official or from the Fire Code Official. The Ordinances shall take effect on April 11, 2022. Copies of the ordinances are available at the office of the City Recorder during regular business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by emailing cboss@bcutah.org.
