Variance Application - Marc Bowles For your information: Marc Bowles has had his property surveyed. He would like to put another portable garage on his south property line. This property is in a Commercial-1 Zone but because this is his primary residence, the setbacks revert to Residential Zone requirements. Planning and Zoning Seminar Information For your information: A Planning and Zoning Seminar was held in Vernal on 7 April 2022. Each Planning and Zoning Commissioner was given the book 'Ground Rules: Your Guide to Utah Land Use Regulations' and a copy of the meeting presentation slides. 8. 15-Minute Open Session The City of Duchesne welcomes you and thanks you for your time and concerns. If you wish to address the Planning & Zoning Commission, this is the time set on the agenda for you to do so. When you are recognized, please step to the podium, state your name and address, then address the Commission. Your comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.
