PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE COALVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING RED HILLS RANCH MPD AND PHASE I, 31 LOT SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT 800 SOUTH HOYTSVILLE RD, (CT-482-F, CT-476) Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly recommend the proposed Red Hills Rand MPD And Phase 1, 31 Lot Subdivision Preliminary Plat, 800 South Hoytsville Road, CT-482-F, CT-476 on Monday, April 18, 2022 beginning at 6:00 P.M. The proposed MPD and Preliminary Subdivision Plat requires a recommendation from the Planning Commission. All interested persons may attend virtually and make public comment.
