- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mt. Pleasant City will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2022. This project, the Aspen Village Subdivision Road Project, will replace roads in the Aspen Village Subdivision in Mt. Pleasant. Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation, and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6P.M. on April 26th 2022 and will be held at in the City Council room at 115 West Main Street, Mt. Pleasant. Further information can be obtained by contacting Dave Oxman at 435-462-2456. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Jeanne Tejada at 115 West Main, Mt.
