PARADISE TOWN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On April 28,2022 at 7:30 p.m., the Paradise Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 9035 South 100 West, Paradise, Utah for the purpose of amending the General Plan, Zoning Ordinances, and Subdivision Ordinances General Plan Amendments: General Plan 7.0, General Plan-Mobile Home Park 9.10.1 Policy Zoning Ordinance Amendments: Chapter 2-13, Mobile Home Park Requirements Chapter 10 Administration, 10-5, Mobile Home Parks 13-3, Conditional Uses Chapter 12 and 13 Conditional Uses Subdivision Ordinance Amendments: Wedge-Shaped Lot- Subdivision Ordinances 5, Lots E. Lot-Width Definition Phase Development-Subdivision Ordinances-II-2, Step 3- Phase Development All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard. Dated this 9th Day of April 2022.
