AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION APRIL 20, 2022 REGULAR SESSION Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on April 20, 2022, at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Hearing, review, and action on amending Section 15.02.1525 of the municipal code of American Fork City titled '620 South/700 South Road Cross Section'. 2. Hearing, review, and action on amending Section 17.05.128 of the municipal code of American Fork City, titled 'Signs and Advertising Structures'. 3. Hearing, review, and action on amending section 17.05.133 of the municipal code of American Fork City, title 'Off-Street Parking Standards'. 4. Hearing, review, and action on amending the American Fork City General Plan to adopt the Parks Master Plan. 5. Hearing, review, and action on a land use map amendment from the Residential Medium Density designation to the General Commercial designation, located at 355 East 200 South. 6. Hearing, review, and action on a zone map amendment from the R2-7500 Residential Zone to the GC-1 General Commercial Zone, located at 355 East 200 South. 7. Review and action on the final plat for Station 52, located in the area of Harvey Boulevard, in the Public Facilities (PF) Zone. 8. Hearing, review, and action on a site plan for Station 52, located in the area of Harvey Boulevard, in the Public Facilities (PF) Zone. 9. Discussion on Upcoming Projects/Concept Plans (formerly Site Plan Meetings) 10. Other Business 11. Review and action on the minutes of the March 16, 2022 Planning Commission Regular Session 12.
