- LEGAL NOTICE OF VACANCY Avon Cemetery District, Cornish Cemetery District, Hyde Park Cemetery District, Millville/Nibley Cemetery District, Newton Cemetery District, Paradise Cemetery District, Richmond Cemetery District Cache County is seeking persons who wish to be considered for appointments to fill vacancies on the following cemetery districts Boards of Trustees: - Avon Cemetery District 5 Vacancies - Cornish Cemetery District 3 Vacancies - Hyde Park Cemetery District 5 Vacancies - Millville/Nibley Cemetery District 5 Vacancies - Newton Cemetery District 3 Vacancies - Paradise Cemetery District 5 Vacancies - Richmond Cemetery District 5 Vacancies Board members must live within the boundaries of the cemetery district they wish to be appointed to and be registered voters. A public hearing will be held during the County Council meeting on April 26, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. Interested persons should plan to attend and address the County Council expressing their interest in serving on these boards. The County Executive will recommend the appointments to the County Council who will confirm by resolution at the Cache County Council meeting May 10, 2022 beginning at 5:00 p.m. Persons who wish to be considered for appointment should contact the Cache County Executive Office on or before April 18, 2022.
