Description/Agenda: Midvale Planning and Zoning Commission Notice of Public Hearing April 13, 2022 6:00 p.m. The Midvale Planning Commission will consider the items listed below during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 7505 S. Holden Street, Midvale City, UT. This meeting will be held in-person and electronically. All meeting attendees are encouraged to follow CDC guidelines to ensure a safe meeting environment. The meeting will be broadcast at: www.MidvaleCity.org/YouTube Public Hearing 1. Tom Henriod requests an amended conditional use permit to increase fence height from 6 to 8 feet at the North Union/Creekside Apartments located at 935 East South Union Avenue.
