PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday April 13, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers, 75 West Center, for the purpose of receiving public comment concerning. A proposed amendment to the Fillmore City Street Master Plan located approximately 500 W to 550 W and 500 S to Highway 99. Millard County parcel number F-7059-2 and F-7060 Applicant: Alan Roper. A proposed amendment to the Fillmore City Street Master Plan located approximately 600 N to 650 N and 200 W to 400 W Millard County parcel number F-6979, F-6980, F-546, and F-545. Applicant: Mark Stevenson. A proposed combined lot located at 200 S 100 E Millard County Parcel number F-232, F-232-2, and F232-3. Applicant Andrew Brown. A proposed Simple Lot Subdivision located at 550 S 1100 W Millard County Parcel number F-FE-7340-76. Applicant: MV Holdings, Bart Adams. A proposed Zone from Agricultural to General Commercial located approximately 560 S and Highway 99, Millard County Parcel number F-7060-3. Applicant Alan Roper Prepare and propose amended annexation policy plan pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 10-2-401.5. Applicant: Don Fuller and Eldon Christenson for June Brush Hill property to be added to expansion map.
