NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. A request for recommendation to rezone the property located at approximately 580 N 1525 W from A (Agriculture) to OMU (Office Mixed Use). (Z-2-22) 2. A request for recommendation to rezone the property located at 174 E State Street from OTR (Original Townsite Residential) to BR (Business Residential); note, back half of the property only. (Z-3-22) 3. A request for recommendation to rezone the property located at 1100 W Clark Ln. from GMU (General Mixed Use) to RMU (Residential Mixed Use). (Z-5-22) 4. A request for recommendation to rezone the property located at 874 Shirley Rae Dr. from A (Agriculture) to C (Commercial). (Z-6-22) The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or oral comments.
