Mayfield Town Planning Commission Public Hearing and Agenda Wednesday, April 6, 2022 7:00 PM Opening Ceremonies Welcome: Adam Peterson, Chair conducting Pledge of Allegiance Invocation: By Invitation Public Hearing on discuss the following zoning matters: Rezoning Mayfield from R-2-20,000 Residential Zone and changing to RR-1-20,000 Rural Residential Zone. Creating an ordinance requiring zoning permits for any property changes within the Town. Amending Chapter 18.08.020 Definitions of Animal Unit to designate chickens exclusive of other animal unit quantities. The agenda shall be as follows: The order of the agenda items may change. Action Items Possible approval to recommend to the Mayfield Town Council Rezoning Mayfield from R-2-20,000 Residential Zone and changing to RR-1-20,000 Rural Residential Zone. Possible approval to recommend to the Mayfield Town Council Amending Chapter 18.08.020 Definitions of Animal Unit to designate chickens exclusive of other animal unit quantities Possible approval to recommend to the Mayfield Town Council Creating an ordinance requiring zoning permits for any property changes within the Town. Commission Business Approval of Minutes Work Meeting Commission Member Reports Adjourn Notes: The Commission may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Commission and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice.
