NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wales Town Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at the Wales Town Hall, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Agenda items may or may not be discussed in the order they are listed. The agenda shall be as follows: Roll call Pledge of Allegiance Prayer/Inspirational Thought Approval of minutes for meeting held on March 1, 2022 Approval for payment of March 2022 invoices Business (items to be voted upon) --Sunrise Engineering-well drilling progress --Sanpete County Sherriff Buchanan --Planning & Zoning-approve new board member Ron Garff --Amend water connection moratorium to end Sept. 1, 2022 --Planning & Zoning issues: Ron Lamb, Lee Fox, Reid Hall, Building permits in progress-Broadbent, Peck Petitions & communications: (5 minutes each) --2022 annual town events: Easter Egg Hunt at park-April 16, 2022 Welsh Days-June 24&25, 2022 Dog & cat clinic by Gunnison Valley Clinic-July 9, 2022 from 10:00am to Noon Reports of town officers and boards Mayor Davis: --Discuss 6-County Regional planning meeting scheduled for April 13, 2022 at 6pm --Budget for fiscal year-July2022 thru June 2023 Water-Council member Rees Roads-Council member Larsen Cemetery-Council member Thompson Parks-Council member Anderson Residents who wish to address the town council on any observations or problems concerning Wales Town will be given three (3) minutes to speak. Additional time will be allowed at the discretion of the Mayor and Town Board. No decision will be made unless said citizen arranges for time on the agenda at least five (5) business days prior to the town council meeting.
