- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday April 20, 2022 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:10 p.m. The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Bartholomew/Cooper Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 590 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0037
