The Council shall receive public input, then along with the recommendation from Planning Commission consider for approval the preliminary plan for the Pallets of Utah subdivision consisting of 4 lots total, located at approximately 4300 South 3000 West. Tax Id. #11-091-0010 9. CAPSA Representative - Discuss Sexual Assault Awareness Month 10. Daniel Coleman - Discuss sewer line extension along 200 East. 11. Jones & Associates - Discuss and award Chip-n-seal project on 400 North 12. Discuss future garbage collections contracts and allow the Mayor to continue to look at different options going forward. 13. Scott Wells - Discuss Dan McClendon's Annexation agreement with Wellsville City. 14. Scott Wells - Discuss 3nd quarter financials for January 2022 15. Scott Wells - Open Meetings Training 2021 16.
