ADMINISTRATIVE LAND USE APPLICATION(S) SUB2022-000564- Resonance Homes LLC is requesting approval of the proposed Robidoux Court Preliminary Plat. The plat contains 3 Lots. Total Acreage: 0.85 acres. Location: 2635 East Robidoux Road. Zone: A-1. Planner: Shad Cook (Motion/Voting) The Planning Commission, in its discretion, may request public input on these applications prior to acting on the application. If public input is requested, public comment will be limited to three minutes per person. LEGISLATIVE LAND USE APPLICATIONS REZ2022-000535 - Northrup Grumman is requesting approval to rezone from Agricultural (A-20) to Manufacturing (M-2). Acreage: 35.515 acres.
