NOTICE Manila Planning and Zoning Public Hearing Date: Monday, April 11th, 2022 Time: 5:30 PM Location: Town of Manila 145 East Highway 43 Subject: The Manila Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 11th, 2022, at 5:30 P.M. at the Town of Manila, to take public comment and possible recommendations on the General Plan, New Zoning Map, Garage ordinance remaining unchanged, and Accessory Dwelling Units. The following is proposed regarding the General Plan - Public Comment regarding the General Plan Draft. The following is proposed regarding the Zoning Maps that will accompany the General Plan. - Public comment regarding the Zoning map that will accompany our General Plan. The following is proposed regarding the Accessory Dwelling Units. - The Planning and Zoning Commission shall take public comment on aspects of the Accessory Dwelling Units Ordinance that we are trying to establish. The following is proposed regarding the New Subdivision ordinance. - Adding language in regards to building permits not being issued until the Subdivisions are fully completed - Adding language in regards to lots not being sold until the subdivisions are fully completed.
