Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING:
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the City Council on April 12, 2022, to receive public comment on a request by Draper City. For a Text Amendment, known as the City Initiated DCMC Section 9-6-080 Text Amendment, for the purpose of amending DCMC Section 9-6-080 to clarify the standards for nonconformities created by public action. The changes will have city-wide applicability.
