Notice of Public Hearing: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on a request by Jeff Norman and Carla Hansen to amend the land use designation from Residential Low/Medium Density to Residential Medium Density and rezone the property located at approximately 192 E. 13560 South from RA2 (Residential Agricultural, 20,000 square foot minimum) to R3 (Single Family Residential, 13,000 square foot lot minimum). The property is known as the Norman Family Flag Lot LUMA and ZMA.
